Director of Brand Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Brand Strategy to lead the development and execution of brand and product category strategies for The Quality Group GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective brand management and product development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and product category strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market share and profitability.
- Lead the development and execution of global portfolio strategies for specific product lines/categories, aligning them with business objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Identify growth opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and recommend portfolio adjustments to drive business growth and profitability.
- Define and maintain pricing architecture, pricing and promotion guidelines for the brand/product lines to drive growth and margin.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align new products with brand positioning and define go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, including global development and local activation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies driving growth.
- Experience in product development, including consumer insights, concept creation, and go-to-market planning.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
