Working Student Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to support our Global Real Estate & Facilities team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth relocation of our offices from Munich city center and Hallbergmoos to Garching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with service providers for furniture modifications, dismantling, and other tasks
  • Assist with emptying the buildings, including storage space openings and other activities
  • Provide training and support on various topics, such as smart storage spaces, access systems, and parking systems
  • Support day-to-day operations in all buildings as needed
  • Assist with communications and preparation of documents for the move and new building

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel
  • Language skills: fluent in German, English as a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative
