IT Service Management Specialist

Aufgaben:
- In der Rolle des IT Service Managers sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Optimierung der IT-Services gemäß den ITIL-Richtlinien und der IT-Service-Management-Standards.
- Sie erstellen umfassende Service-Kataloge, definieren SLAs und KPIs und dokumentieren alle relevanten Prozesse.
- Die Betreuung externer Dienstleister zur Sicherstellung der Kosteneffizienz und der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Sie sind zuständig für die Bearbeitung von IT-Störungsfällen und koordinieren die schnellstmögliche Wiederherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit.
- Zudem koordinieren Sie die Entwicklungsabteilungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern und weiteren Stakeholdern bei IT-relevanten Prozess- und Systemanpassungen.
- Ihre Mitwirkung in Projekten zur Überführung von Projektarbeiten in den IT-Service (Transition) und die effiziente Steuerung von Aufgaben in die Service Delivery-Teams der Bereiche Application und Infrastructure Service sind ebenfalls Teil Ihrer Tätigkeit.

Profil:
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
- Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Service-Management mit und haben fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Standards (ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung).
- Ihre Expertise in agilen IT-Vorgehensmodellen, Prozess- und Projektmanagement sowie Ihre Vertrautheit mit den Atlassian Produkten (Jira, Confluence) zeichnen Sie aus.
- Eine selbstständige, service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sind Ihre Stärken.
- Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
