Job Overview:
DKV Mobility is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT System Engineer. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of mobility by designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis and Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex system issues, providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
- IT System Administration: Implement, administer, and maintain our IT systems and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and update technical documentation to support operational and support activities, ensuring that knowledge is shared and retained within the team.
- System Enhancement and Cost Reduction: Design and implement concepts to enhance system performance, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- IT Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent IT education.
- Experience: Proven experience in operating hybrid infrastructures and services, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies, Windows Server, and IT management processes.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with network technologies and PowerShell, with experience with AI solutions being a plus.
