We are seeking an IT Security Specialist to enhance our cybersecurity measures. This role involves a blend of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility in your work environment.

• Oversee the delivery of IT services and solutions in accordance with contractual obligations at the client's site.
• Provide independent support for security systems including firewalls, proxy servers, VPN solutions, and authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and promote efficiency in data center management.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated customer and infrastructure initiatives.

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of network systems and security protocols.
• Familiarity with technologies from Fortinet, Juniper, F5 Networks, Nokia/Checkpoint, and Meinberg.
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to provide on-call support and resolve issues outside regular business hours.
• Proficient in German and possess a strong command of English (C1 level).
