About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grands Comptes Manager to join our team at MAIF. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
