Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team of professionals in Kiel, Germany. As a key member of our Konsortialfinanzierungen and Projekte team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert financial advice to support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion for our corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide expert advice on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene bankfachliche Ausbildung (banking and finance degree) or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills, with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
