Die Anschütz GmbH ist ein angesehener Anbieter und Integrator von Navigations-, Brücken- und Missionssystemen für die kommerzielle Schifffahrt, einschließlich Offshore- und Forschungsschiffe sowie Megayachten, und für Küstenwache- und Marineschiffe sowie U-Boote. Mit über 530 Mitarbeitern am Hauptsitz in Kiel, wo seit mehr als einem Jahrhundert entwickelt und produziert wird, hat das Unternehmen auch internationale Niederlassungen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du pflegst und erweiterst unser Netzwerk sowie die Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden im Bereich der Bundeswehr, der Deutschen Marine, deutschen Werften und der wehrtechnischen Industrie.
  • Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und berätst sie hinsichtlich möglicher Systemlösungen, während du unsere komplexen Produkte und Dienstleistungen auch in Bezug auf nicht-technische Anforderungen präsentierst.
  • Du erstellst überzeugende Angebotsdokumente aus Kundenanfragen und führst Verhandlungen bis zum Abschluss von Verträgen.
  • Du koordinierst und unterstützt alle Mitglieder des Angebotsteams; dazu gehört die Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie die Entwicklung von Angebotsstrategien und Marktanalysen.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein Ingenieurstudium oder eine gleichwertige technische Ausbildung mit relevanter mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung abgeschlossen und idealerweise Erfahrung als Offizier in der Marine.
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im internationalen maritimen Vertrieb mit und kannst Erfolge nachweisen.
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen Verhandlungsgeschick, auch in englischer Sprache, sowie eine ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenz.
  • Vertragsrecht, Vertragsgestaltung und strategisches Marketing sind dir vertraut.
  • Du legst Wert auf Kundenorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kreativität und Teamgeist.
