Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team of professionals in Kiel, Germany. As a key member of our Konsortialfinanzierungen and Projekte team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert financial advice to support their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses and provide expert advice on financial products and services to support our clients' business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative financial solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, financial services, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert financial advice and guidance.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including corporate finance, investment banking, and asset management.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
