Senior Commercial Director - Vaccines

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive our vaccine business forward. As a Senior Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to accelerate customer engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for our vaccine portfolio, aligning with our business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new vaccines, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
  • Collaborate with regional and local operating companies to drive commercial excellence and consistency across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving commercial performance.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
