Transforming the Energy Landscape
Siemens Gamesa, a leading player in the wind industry, is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's compensation and benefits strategy.
About the Role
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with German-specific local requirements for pensions and Defined Contribution Benefit Plan (BSAV)
- Coordinate company's occupational pension schemes
- Support the payroll team in Partial retirement cases
- Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors
- Plan and supervise reward projects, including mergers, acquisitions, or integrations
- Perform market benchmark reports and other C&B-related analysis and provide to management
- Initiate necessary adjustments of processes in specialist departments
- Develop or propose global, regional, or local ensure C&B regulations are in line with respective guidelines and regional or local law
- Execute a consistent position evaluation based on respective structure for all relevant positions for assigned organization(s)
- May reconcile payroll accounts
- May have functional leadership role responsibility for projects
- Collaborate with the German workers council and other stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Experience in German Comp & Ben topics (at least 3 years within a German environment)
- Familiar with the collaboration with Works Council and tariff landscape
- Fluency in German and good English skills, both orally and in writing
- Good command of MS Office Applications with focus on Excel
- Previous experience and knowledge of Workday
- Great stakeholder management skills
