About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our global IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and continuously developing our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to cloud.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of IT Service Management in the first/second level area for cloud service delivery.
  • Drive progress by ensuring the quality of ITSM processes and contributing to the implementation of new topics and processes.
  • Monitor and manage contract-related and SLA responsibilities independently.
  • Record and maintain documentation for cloud topics conscientiously.
  • Collaborate proactively with members of the global IT infrastructure and service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery.
Your Profile
  • Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training (e.g., IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience).
  • Experience: Professional experience in service delivery, IT governance, and IT security management, as well as experience working with service providers.
  • Know-How: Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is an advantage); knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); familiarity with business workflow processes.
  • Languages: Conversationally fluent English language skills required (min. C1/C2); German language skills are advantageous.
  • Personality: Goal- and solution-oriented way of working as part of a team, analytical approach to challenges, willingness to constantly deal with new technologies.
