KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Grid Solutions Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional Daily Responsibilities As the Lead Project Line Manager (LPM) for FACTS Solutions within the Control & Protection Platform development team, you will take charge of the continuous enhancement of the C&P Versions. You will also oversee the budget planning and allocation for the LPM, ensuring alignment with essential stakeholders. Furthermore, you will supervise development control concerning timelines, financial resources, and quality standards.Your Contributions Facilitate coordination and communication among diverse project teams and the C&P Platform development teams. Define and refine the scope and release backlog for the Lead Project Line within the C&P Platform Development framework. Manage team activities to promote effective collaboration and productivity. Maintain an updated backlog that aligns with project priorities and objectives. Establish clear and effective communication channels with clients and their respective projects to fulfill their requirements and expectations. Identify stakeholders who may influence or be influenced by the project (R&D and customer), assess their expectations and impact on the project, and implement suitable management strategies for their engagement in project decisions and execution. Conduct regular interactions with the stakeholder community.
Perform periodic retrospectives and lessons learned to assess process effectiveness and enhance team competencies. Qualifications A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with substantial professional experience in solution development projects. Practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc.). Knowledge and experience with FACTS and HVDC Solutions. Experience in Software, Hardware, or Solution Development within an Agile environment is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, initiative, communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to function effectively as a team leader. Proficiency in English and German.
