Key Responsibilities

  • You will take ownership of the project, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to customer satisfaction.
  • You will be accountable for the planning and execution of service storage client projects, focusing on cost, timelines, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients, including handling change requests and claims management.
  • You will support growth initiatives and the sales pipeline in collaboration with the sales manager and local sales teams.
  • You will define, design, implement, and continuously enhance the project management framework for executing service storage projects globally.
  • You will manage customer expectations and requirements regarding functionality and the overall quality of the solutions provided.
  • You will mentor junior colleagues and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in products and processes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 5+ years of professional experience in client-facing project management within the energy sector, particularly in utility-scale storage projects or complex services.
  • Relevant project management certification (PMP) with strong stakeholder management skills and a foundational understanding of stationary battery storage systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with service offerings, including long-term service agreements, performance guarantees, and field service.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • A solution-oriented and customer-centric mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize complex tasks in a diverse and global environment.
