Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at AAEON Europe | Innovative AI Edge Computing Provider. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the DACH region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region, leveraging your expertise and relationships to expand AAEON's presence in the market.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Director DACH to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Channel Sales DACH, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the B2B industrial electronic market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of an organization. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a strategic mindset and a successful record of developing account strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering/Industrial Engineering and Management.
  • Language: Native German speaker, with excellent English skills.
