  • Überwachung und Optimierung der finanziellen Performance unserer Aktivitäten in der DACH-Region - Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und stellst nachhaltiges Wachstum und Profitabilität sicher (LTV-Analyse und Strategien zur Steigerung des LTV)
  • Analyse der Trends auf dem DACH-Markt und der Aktivitäten der Wettbewerber, um Chancen zu erkennen, Risiken zu bewerten und Strategien zu entwickeln, die mit unseren Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, die beim Zielpublikum Anklang finden und unsere Brand aufwerten, insbesondere in Bezug auf Offline-Präsenz, Community und PR
  • Beaufsichtigung des Projektmanagements für Offline-Aktivitäten und Events
  • Navigiere in der Retail-Landschaft - Zusammenarbeit mit den wichtigsten Stakeholdern, um effektive Retailstrategien zu gewährleisten, die den Umsatz steigern und die Sichtbarkeit der Brand verbessern

Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in International Business, Marketing Management oder Business Administration; ähnliche Fachrichtungen sind willkommen
  • Du hast mindestens vier Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der DACH-Region gesammelt – vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
  • Du bist vertraut mit der DACH-Kultur und deren Snacking-Gewohnheiten sowie mit der DACH-E-Commerce-Landschaft und dem entsprechenden Verbraucherverhalten
  • Du bringst vielseitige Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Brand Management, Marketing (online & offline), Retail und Expansion mit
  • Du verfügst über Exzellente Deutsch- sowie ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
  • Du lebst in Berlin / Berliner Umland oder bist bereit dazu, umzuziehen
