- Sales Process Development: Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth and sales excellence in the DACH region.
- Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client market needs, providing valuable insights to inform our sales strategy.
- Strategic Advising: Act as a market expert, advising our founders on relevant developments and serving as a strategic partner in the DACH region.
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practices in sales methods, ensuring a high level of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our delivery team to develop customized, feasible solutions that meet client needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in SME sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in selling software development solutions, with a deep understanding of software development products and services.
- Pragmatic and driven seller, with a results-oriented approach and a passion for building and scaling new initiatives.
- Solution-oriented seller, with a deep understanding of client pain points and needs, and a ability to foster long-term relationships.
- High level of ownership, with a willingness to take full responsibility for projects and client success.
- Proficiency in German at a native or near-native level (C2 level).
- Leadership experience (preferred), with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Sector experience (preferred), with experience in healthcare, banking, or ESG sectors.
