Aufgaben
**Your responsibilities at Royfort**:
As the D2C Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention strategies that resonate with our target demographic of high-net-worth individuals aged 35+. This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivering measurable results across various digital marketing channels.
**Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategies**:
- Craft and implement data-driven marketing strategies that effectively reach and resonate with the 35+ demographic.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and CRM platforms to meet and exceed KPIs.
**Facebook Marketing**:
- Design, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
**Google/SEA Marketing**:
- Manage, and optimize Google ad campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaborate with agencies/freelancers.
**CRM Marketing**:
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifikation
**About you**:
- 4+ years experience in D2C marketing
- Hands-on META media buying / account management experience
- Proven track record in marketing to a 35+ demographic, preferably within the luxury or high-end sectors
- Experience collaborating with agencies/freelancers
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in German and English.
- You will report directly to one of the founders.
