Cozero is a Berlin-based Climate Tech startup of around 30 team members passionate to transform every company into a low-emission business.
Our mission is to help companies find the most economical way to minimize their environmental impact and enable them to effectively decarbonize. To accomplish this mission, we developed a digital end-to-end solution - the Climate Action Platform (CAP) - to track, forecast, and manage corporate emission data and match them to low-emission solutions to reduce their carbon footprint. Using our platform enables our customers to integrate climate controlling into their daily decision-making. Our SaaS solution is widely used by multinational companies in more than 50 countries.

Joining our team as Marketing Lead (f/m/d) you would be an elementary part of one of the fastest growing Climate Tech Startups in Europe, with critical responsibility and influence on product and overall venture development.
Within this role you take full ownership of our marketing department and are instrumental in developing a marketing strategy for Cozero in order to achieve our growth plans.
Tasks
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Strategize high-quality content creation and its delivery to establish Cozero as the new standard for corporate carbon management
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Managing marketing growth, tracking metrics that influence content strategy
- Develop marketing assets for sales enablement such as case studies, fact sheets, etc.
- Channel marketing & communication insights into the development of our product
- Stay up-to-date with the dynamics of the emission management ecosystem
**Requirements**:
- You have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in an early-stage SaaS startup environment
- You are passionate about establishing marketing strategies from scratch
- You have sharp writing and editing skills based on strong editorial, marketing, and SEO content experience
- You understand the needs of companies and how to address them effectively
- By nature you are decoding complex matters: You are thinking & communicating with clarity - and you are thinking fast
- You are confident in the marketing tech stack Cozero should be using, and how to run effective demand generation and digital campaigns
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
- You are passionate about ClimateTech and fighting climate change
- You have strong project management skills and you can work structured & independently in a fast-paced international environment
