To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate marketing leader who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.

**How the role contributes to the company's vision**:

- This role has a direct impact on critical pieces of execution to get to product-market fit, from content to messaging, sales, demand gen, comms, strategy building, competitive intel, websites, pricing and packaging.
- It will establish our marketing department's strategic foundation and build it with the Head of Commercial.

**Top responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute bunch's marketing strategy while having close interactions with sales and product teams to ensure a maximum net new ARR growth.
- Leverage expertise in campaign management to orchestrate impactful and results-driven initiatives for our enterprise segment.
- Utilise data to refine strategies, optimise campaigns, and maximise return on investment.
- Bring your broad expertise in SEO, social media, paid media and content marketing into play.
- Own and develop our events strategy and public relations activities to drive earned coverage and brand awareness.

**Initial priorities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of our product and business model.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.

**What you should bring with you**:

- 5-6 years of experience in marketing for tech companies.
- Passion for organising events and connecting people, creating interesting content, managing campaigns and making awesome merch.
- Ability to react swiftly to opportunities, while focusing on achieving meaningful results.
- Proven project management skills, driving vision and leading delivery with multiple stakeholders, for multiple projects simultaneously.
- A curious and creative mindset with an ability to problem solve, lead, influence, create visibility, and motivate people around you.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus).

- ** Final meeting** **with **our Co-Founder, Enrico Ohnemüller, to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions.
