- We are a top German venture-backed cybersecurity startup, leading in the emerging field of Confidential Computing. With our cloud platform Constellation, companies across industries ensure that data stays always encrypted - hackers, cloud admins and foreign governments can never get access.
Edgeless Systems' product facilitates extraordinary possibilities among industries dealing with personal data, such as healthcare, the public sector, finance, etc. and also provides new technical approaches for handling sensitive information for organizations working for human rights, for example, anti-human trafficking, and investigative journalists.
Edgeless Systems works with some of Europe's and Germany's largest and most trusted organizations, and we're looking for someone to accelerate our growth and play a key role in the company's marketing direction.
**Your role**
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating and executing on the overall marketing strategy. You will be instrumental in guiding Edgeless Systems' customer acquisition approach.
You'll work with the sales team to build awareness and leads for the company, as well as manage a marketing team that includes design.
You should have a well-rounded understanding of Marketing, especially B2B Marketing, and familiarity with the various channels (owned, paid, earned) that speak to business customers. You should feel energized about both setting the long-term marketing vision and taking a hands-on approach.

**Your mission**:

- Develop and implement Marketing strategy for Edgeless Systems.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a tight-knit marketing team.
- Craft precise product messaging for use on the website, events, ads, etc. Work with PR to further promote key company messages.
- Coordinate with design and engineering to develop and optimize the Edgeless Systems website for conversions. Activities may include A/B testing, SEO, copywriting.
- Build a robust pipeline for sales through content marketing, events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Provide visibility into marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
- Manage and effectively allocate the annual Marketing budget.
- Build visibility for confidential computing in the Healthcare, Public Sector, and AI space.
- Adapt Marketing strategies for international markets — feel comfortable marketing to German, EU, global companies.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience in building an effective marketing funnel and managing a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both in English and German (minimum C1)
- Expertise in the German speaking market is a must have. International marketing experience is a big plus.
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing, especially for technical products
- Experience with or strong affinity for software, cloud and cybersecurity
- A strategic and analytical thinker
- A knack for writing concise, compelling copy is a big plus
