Market Director Kfc Germany

**Job purpose**:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing market KFC strategy which will ensure growing sales and EBITDA in line with AmRest long term vision with full market/brand P&L accountability and responsibility for all people in operation.
**Your challenges**:
- Create and execute KFC business strategy, collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Ensure KFC development via new openings and renovations in order to achieve expected penetration on the market.
- Set, drive and ensure strategic goals for operational efficiency. Constantly look for ways to improve the service in the area, staying up to date in terms of news and trends and looking after operational excellence.
- Works to deliver AOP targets and business plan. Maximize sales and profit, business opportunities and brand reputation to drive financial performance and provide added value.
- Achieves highest level of guest experience to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Build KFC Team competencies and capabilities. Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with key business partners and franchisors.
**Your skills & experience**:
- 10+ years of experience in food/retail operations with strong problem-solving capabilities,
- A strong track record of excellent performance delivering challenging KPIs or projects,
- Good understanding of all the key drivers in a business P&L and how to affect them,
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners,
- Strong initiative, commitment and orientation on improving processes,
- Proactiveness and self-motivation in delivering high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure.
