For our European headquarters inMunich, we are looking for aSales Director/Managing Director whowill be fully responsible for market expansion and business growthin the EU, which includes building a strong sales force, FAE,exploring new customers, and maintaining effective relationshipswith customers anddistributors.

Tasks
  1. Definesales strategy and operational plan in EU, ensuring achievement ofbusiness targets and sales goals.
  2. Maintain andstrengthen existing customer relationships, hunt new customers,identify new market opportunities, and develop and manageEurope-wide distributors.
  3. Recruit, lead, andmanage local/regional Sales and FAE teams, providing mentorship andcultivating talents, forming and integratingteams.
  4. Decide and organize the annualactivities to be undertaken, planning the fairs and exhibitionswhere the company should be present.
  5. Providedata on EU market needs and trends as guidance for productdevelopment.
Requirements
  1. BS/MSin Electronic Engineering or relevantmajors.
  2. Minimum 10 years’ semiconductor salesexperience and relationships with strategiccustomers.
  3. Deep understanding of thesemiconductor industry competition landscape and EU market trends,with the ability to drive actions to gain marketshare.
  4. Deep understanding of targeted marketssuch as Telecom, industrial, and automotive in the EU; distributormanagement experience.
  5. Ability to drivesemiconductor sales flow and sales technologies to enable effectiveconversions, and faster design-in and wincycles.
  6. Strong and convincing business leaderwith excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills(prefer charm over tactics ofaggression).
  7. Proven experience in building andleading sales and FAE teams.
  8. Initiative, drive,and enthusiasm; strategic thinking andanalysis.
  9. Willingness to travelintensively.
  10. Fluent in German and English;knowledge of Dutch and/or French is aplus.
