Dein Beitrag:
- Du hast Spaß an der Betreuung Deiner Kundinnen und Kunden aus dem Bereich der Pharmaindustrie sowie an der Akquise von Neukunden.- Du bist das Gesicht der INSIGHT Health für Deine Kundinnen und Kunden und gestaltest die Zusammenarbeit von Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss und darüber hinaus.- Umsatzverantwortung schreckt Dich nicht ab, Ziele erreichst Du motiviert und leidenschaftlich.- Der Aufbau und die Pflege Deines Kontaktnetzwerks sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil Deiner Arbeit.- Du berätst Deine Kunden zu unserem Serviceportfolio und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Experten die bestmögliche Lösung auf ihre Fragestellungen.- Das Erarbeiten und Präsentieren passgenauer Lösungen für unsere Kunden bereitet Dir Freude.- Du beobachtest die aktuellen Entwicklungen im Healthcare-Markt.- Eigenverantwortlich organisierst Du Deine Kundenbetreuung, vom individuellen Kundentermin bis hin zur Teilnahme an relevanten Messen und Veranstaltungen.
Was uns wichtig ist:
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb, Marktforschung, Außendienststeuerung.- Analytisches Denken ist Deine Stärke, datenbasierte Services kannst Du anschaulich präsentieren.- Du bringst das notwendige "Vertriebs-Gen" mit, bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark sowie kunden
- und lösungsorientiert.- Die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden stehen an erster Stelle, eine klare Serviceorientierung ist Dein Naturell.- Du bist ein Teamplayer, der es gewohnt ist, bereichsübergreifend zu arbeiten.- Du bist präsentations
- und verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.- Die Interaktion über Online-Plattformen fällt Dir leicht.- Zur Betreuung Deiner Kundinnen und Kunden in Berlin und dem Norden Deutschlands sowie der Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen bringst Du regionale und überregionale Reisebereitschaft mit.
