**Deine Mission**:

- Du wirst wertvoller Teil unseres go to market Teams und trägst mit deiner Erfahrung und deinem Führungsstil maßgeblich zum weiteren Erfolg des Teams bei.
- Du bist für den weiteren Aufbau, Führung und die Entwicklung unseres Teams von Sales Development Representatives verantwortlich. Dabei identifizierst du die Entwicklungspotenziale der Mitarbeiter und unterstützt durch intensives Coaching und Feedback.
- Du verantwortest unseren Sales-Prozess vom initialen Outreach (Outbound und Inbound) bis zur Terminierung von Produktdemonstrationen durch unsere Account Executives.
- Du analysierst Prozesse zur Optimierung von Conversion Rates und weiteren SaaS KPIs.
- Du betreust die Schnittstelle des Teams zu unserem Marketing
- und Account Executive Team und stellst eine reibungslose Kooperation sicher. In Zusammenarbeit identifizierst du spezifische Feature-Wünsche und Anforderungen unserer Kunden an Alasco.
- Du erreichst mit deinem Team kontinuierlich die gesteckten Ziele auf Wochen-, Monats
- & Quartalsbasis und optimierst durch eine datengetriebene Analyse alle wichtigen KPIs.

**Das bist du**:

- Du hast bereits mehrjährige (2+) Erfahrung als Business Development Representative und/oder Account Executive in der B2B-Neukundenakquise und erste Führungserfahrung eines B2B-Sales-Teams.
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Immobilien-/ Baubranche gesammelt.
- Du willst mit uns die Bauindustrie digitalisieren.
- Du bringst ein “Do-it”-Mindset mit und trägst damit maßgeblich zu unserem Unternehmenserfolg bei.
- Du willst Dich ständig persönlich und fachlich weiterentwickeln, experimentierst gerne und bist überdurchschnittlich proaktiv.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Niveau C2 sowie Englisch fließend.
