Customer Experience Expert

Our client is one of the big service centers in town and is an expert when it comes to customer journey and product experience. They know the best product will not succeed if the services provided do not match with the requirements of the customers. Therefore many international brands entrust their customer service to the people at our client.
We are looking for talented personalities in the following areas:
- Feedback management for an airline
- Customer service for a well known online shop
- Travel advisor for an ecological tour operator
- Customer support for the use of mobile entertainment devices
- Information desk for make-up products
- Help desk for advanced car entertinment
What you (M/F/d) will need:
- Passion for customer service / customer support
- Ability to share knowledge and best practice
- Can bring fresh air and positive light into workspace
- Understand the importance of professionalism
- Empathic listener and persuative speaker
With the different projects they are targeting different markets in Europe; therefore we are looking for various languages, such as Dutch, French, Danish, Finnish, Czech or Norwegian.
