**Head of Business Unit (m/w/d)**

**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:

- Als Head of Business Unit bist Du für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg und die Qualität unserer Services und Leistungen gegenüber unseren Kunden verantwortlich
- Du erstellst Entwicklungs
- und Businesspläne für Deine Unit und unterstützt damit die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
- Du verantwortest die von den Projektleitern Deines Verantwortungsbereiches erstellten Forecasts hinsichtlich Qualität und Inhalt
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren anderen Organisationseinheiten das Leistungs
- und Serviceportfolio unseres Unternehmens sowie unsere Vertriebsstrategie weiter
- Du begleitest den Vertriebsprozess von der Akquise über die Ausschreibungs
- und Angebotsphase bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung

**Das zeichnet Dich aus**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. praktische Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Sales / Service Delivery Units in der IT-Branche
- Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Kundenorientierung, selbständiger Arbeitsstil, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Kommunikationsstärke, Planungs
- und Organisationsgeschick, Zielstrebigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
