Job Summary/Goals
Will assist to ensure management of the day-to-day client activities for assigned property/facility, and support the Regional Facilities Manager by being the on-site key point The of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. The role will have responsibility for all in scope services delivery and quality, helpdesk task resolution, maintenance and operations, contract services, safe working practices, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies. Role will also have awareness of budgets and spend controls/processes for IFM.
Essential
**Responsibilities**:
Gather Region HSE reports (Good Catches / Near Misses) upload and track
Assist site with HSE documentation - Ensure Health & Safety Management
Regional Reporting manage the Stakeholder Scorecard - Completion and reporting
Site Client/Stakeholder Management
Manage and maintain Vendor Management Process tracking and compliance
Assist in tracking budget and performance
to ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements including the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics
Assist in ensuring a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintained
Track escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place
Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
Maintain building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
Additional

Act as back up to FM’s in region if needed
Project Manage either programme delivery or Country projects

**Skills**:Good people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Able to communicate strong in local language and on extended “English” language level
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Knowledge of quality management and KPI measurement
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts and relevant terms
Budget management and financial analysis skills
(Optional as still not in scope for JLL) Knowledge of critical facilities and a understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)

Experience
3-5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
