For INNOCEAN Berlin we are now looking for an:
**Intern International Coordinator (M/F/d) (up to 12 months)**
**Location: Berlin**

**Your Tasks**:

- You support the Korean Coordinating Director in their daily work and actively contribute to the successful realization of all projects of the internal corporate strategy.
- Data management and its archiving your tasks include the travel expense management
- Logging of meetings, appointment management, creating presentations and reports in PowerPoint, translations (English - Korean and vice versa)
- Handling of the general correspondence with internal and external recipients
- Your daily goal is to ensure that all organizational topics run smoothly and to keep yourself updated at all times.

**Your Profile**:

- You have finished at least 4 semesters at your current degree or already have a degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, Management, Controlling or a comparable graduation
- You already gained first relevant work experience in internships during your studies
- You have excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- The ability to work under pressure is one of your absolute strengths
- You are an organizational talent and work fast and independently
- You are honest, reliable, discrete and confidential
- You are fluent in written and spoken Korean and English
