**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute and ambition business plan tailored to the EMEA CENTRAL Strategic Customers
- Lead, support and coach in account planning & execution, to seed and develop strategic opportunities and finally transform to a strategic partners for our customers
- Launch and run strategic deal initiatives
- Assure consistent internal transparence on progress in our strategic customers to all stakeholders
- Conduct operational cadence incl. forecasting, and contribute to future year planning
- Synthesize sales insights from strategic customers to influence corporate strategy
- Internal/external cross-functional facilitation to engage the right people at the right time

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- 15+ yrs in Sales, BDM. Familiar with Business Application Solutions for the Enterprise space
- Ability to create and drive strategic plans, also for GTM with clear pathways & milestones to revenue targets, and who-does-what. History of responsibility for revenue and Pipe goals
- Passion and track record as acting as trusted advisor. Demonstration of collaborating with extended teams, cross-functional facilitation and leadership, engaging with customers, partners and internals to help articulate the tangible, strategic and financial impact that our platform can deliver to their organizations
- Ability to formulate a clear point of view on how digital transformation can differentiate the employee, customer, partner, supplier, and dealer experience in German and the Swiss market predominantly
- Acting bold and ambitious with strong communication skills, creating and positioning provocative and visionary business proposals to CEOs, General Managers, and CxOs/SVPs
- Knowledge of program managing strategic deal initiative, business processes, system landscapes, and solutions crossing key industry segments such as, financial services, Retail, automotive, and consumer goods
- Firsthand experience building, launching and selling enterprise software solutions into very large enterprise customers
- Passionate storyteller with the ability to communicate an innovative vision and roadmap internally and to the market
- Strong ability to link customer objectives with ServiceNow capabilities, and engaging customers and partners into a joint roadmap along their value chain.
- Strong networking skills, building trusted relationships with customer and partner executives, like our internal decision makers
- Be structured, inclusive, inquisitive, creative and passionate
- Cross-functional team execution, coordination and facilitation especially with Sales relevant entities
- Fluency in German and English
