Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our FED (Five Elephant Deli)
YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for the overall performance of the shop in cooperation with the affiliated food production, and upper management.
- Provide hands on leadership among the staff on the shop floor by working shifts.
- Conduct regular evaluations of team’s performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Ensure that all service standards are being met.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts and purchasing procedures.
- Ensure that all shift reports, invoices, and delivery notes are highly organised and filed.
- Coordinate with the appropriate departments regarding all SOPs.
- Help set and achieve performance and financial goals for the shop.
YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of two years of equivalent experience as a Team leader in the Hospitality sector.
- Substantial understanding of coffee and wine.
- Successful track record of leading a team and handling customers.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Must have effective problem solving / decision making abilities.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be able to perform scheduled shifts on the sales floor with flexibility.
- Must have references.
