Als Lead für unser Influencer Marketing Team in unserem Growth Department bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Mitarbeitenden und bist vor allem verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Influencer Marketing Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Subscription Sales.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Influencer Marketing Kooperationen (Verhandlung, Controlling, Termin-, Kosten
- und Qualitätsprüfung).
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Marketing Incentives, Erweiterung der Zielgruppe sowie Taktiken zur Erreichung unserer Verkaufsziele.
- Monitoring und Analyse von Daten und KPIs: Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Berichten, um den Erfolg der Maßnahmen zu messen und Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
- Prognostiziere Subscription Sales Umsätze anhand von Influencer und Kampagnen Performance.
- Leitung und Förderung unseres Influencer-Marketing-Teams.

**Was Du mitbringen solltest**:

- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- +3 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer-Marketing, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Sales.
- erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Sales-Strategien und -Techniken mit der Fähigkeit, diese in Influencer-Kampagnen umzusetzen.
- Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Incentive-basierten Kampagnen mit Influencern.
- Analytisches Verständnis mit der Fähigkeit, Daten-Insights zur Optimierung von Kampagnen zu nutzen.
- Exzellente Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation, Verhandlung und Relationship-Management.
- Bereitschaft, hands-on zu arbeiten und Influencer-Kooperationen eigenständig zu managen.
- Umfassendes Wissen von Best Practices für video-basierte Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok und YouTube).
