- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Lead-Generierung zur Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsziele
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Lead-Generierungs-Kampagnen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Qualifizierung und Weiterleitung von Leads
- Nutzung von Analysetools und CRM-Systemen zur Überwachung und Auswertung der Lead-Generierung
- Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifizierung neuer Chancen und Trends

**Dein Profil**:

- 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich B2B Lead-Generierung mit nachweislichen Erfolgen in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von erfolgreichen Lead-Generierungs-Strategien
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und Marketing-Automatisierungstools, idealerweiser mit HubSpot
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Kreativität und Innovationsgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
