**What are we looking for?**:
The role of the Guest Experience Supervisor is crucial for the delivery of an Unforgettable Experience in our Retail stores, and for upholding the front end of the business. Success is found in this role by supporting the managers, and being a liaison to the Associates, ultimately ensuring sales standards are met so that Guests can have an excellent experience.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
**M&M’s** **BRAND** **AMBASSADOR** **and** **PRODUCT **KNOWLEDGE**:

- Displays a "Guest comes first" attitude by prioritizing training and holding associates accountable for delivering an Unforgettable Service
- Role models the behaviors of an effective Manager on Duty to ensure the achievement of all sales objectives and goals.
- Understands the current assortment of M&M’s Brand merchandise represented on the sales floor at all time to support the guests needs

**CUSTOMER** **FOCUS**:

- Ensures guest flow to the registers and minimizing wait time when acting as Manager on Duty by balancing serving multiple guests and multitasking
- Ensures execution of promotions and product placements are clear and well communicated to the consumer
- Display the M&M’s Retail Brand standards daily and consistently to provide exceptional guest service and enthusiastically create an unforgettable experience through personal interactions with our guests.
- Ensures all areas are neat, clean, and organized and filled to the correct capacity and that all styles and sizes are represented
- Anticipates both our internal and external guests needs and provides services which is beyond the guest’s expectations.

**RESPONSIBILITY** **FOR** **BUSINESS** **RESULTS**:

- Plays an active part in the reduction of all waste across all areas of the store.
- Lead, coach, and train associates on maximizing store KPIs
- Follows SOP’s and consistently look for ways to drive efficiencies.
- May include responsibilities such as driving data capture, NPS, in store experiences, and achieving sales objectives and goals

**FRIENDSHIP** **and** **COLLABORATION**:

- Coaches and provides feedback to associates in various positions and provides feedback to the Manager’s regarding associate performance
- Partners with or when the Manager on Duty to uphold M&M Brand standards and displays
- Trains and educates Associates on new product knowledge, selling strategies and new merchandise presentation techniques
- Establish rapport and build relationships with the full leadership team, and additional partners, to ensure healthy collaboration is built.

**PUNCTUALITY** **and** **INTEGRITY**:

- Role models and upholds compliance with all company policies and procedures, plus local regulation adherence, including food handling guidelines, Quality, Loss Prevention, and Safety/Emergency procedures.
- Supports during audit events

**INITIATIVE** **and** **JUDGEMENT**:

- Ensures all areas of the store are neat clean, organized, operational and safe
- Demonstrates confidence and focus during periods of high volume or unexpected events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the store team
- Is aware and takes interest in retail business trends and insights
