**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Assistant to manage and organize our Munich office and assist the Country Manager DEAT. As the Executive Assistant / Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and supporting the Country Manager in various administrative tasks.

In this role, you will perform general facilities, task coordination, and support with a proactive approach to internal customer and building needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Act as a liaison between the Country Manager and various stakeholders across Europe, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Proactively anticipate needs and prioritize tasks accordingly, demonstrating a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general office management duties, including maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and executive-level discussions.
- Foster effective relationships with team members, clients, and business partners, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.

**Key Qualifications**:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong initiative, hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
