This entry-level position is part-time and remote. Previous experience is not required. We are looking for several new Office Administrators. We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator (Customer Service)

An Office Administrator, or Administrative Assistant, is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting.
- **All applicants must have an average knowledge of English.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Entering orders into a company software system.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using PC.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: 2,100.00€ - 2,400.00€ per month

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
