**Overview**:

- ** We are only accepting applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.**:

- Salary: € 31,000 - € 35,000 (Full-time equivalent, 40 hours/week)
- Full or part-time possible (24 - 40 hours per week)
- Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)
- Playing a key role in our sales and marketing efforts, helping to expand our market share and drive business growth.

**Tasks**:

- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies for client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist with the analysis of sales and marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Help manage CRM databases, ensuring all client information is current and accurate.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Business Development as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to better address client needs.

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of business development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
