We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for assisting with the growth of our sales pipeline and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, with experience in a software or financial organization. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is advantageous. Fluency in English and German is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to build strategic account plans and territories
Rout qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales professional for further development and closure
Co-design and deploy focused sales campaigns aimed at expanding Moody's presence and brand in specific markets
Conduct research to develop target account contact information and account intelligence to generate an understanding of customer needs and requirements that can inform sales prospecting and/or marketing program strategies
Utilize CRM software to track and measure all sales activity
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
