Signature is forecasted to be one of our fastest growing offerings in the coming years as we migrate our most strategic and important customers on to this go to success plan.

This is a sales role, and the primary measurement of success will be target attainment along with YoY growth in Signature revenue.

**This role will cover the German market and requires a German speaker.**

**Your Impact**:
Success will be measured by the overall performance of the assigned Territory for Signature Success sales performance.

Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.

Build relationships with relevant internal partners to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Signature Success plans.

Collaborate effectively with other parts of the organization, including, but not limited to: License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery to address and resolve customer or sales issues.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Proven track record achieving target in Sales, Marketing, or Services (consulting sales, technical sales or support sales) required
- A background in consultative Sales or account management with a salesforce partner or OEM is.
- Demonstrated record of achieving individual & annual targets and KPI’s
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven track record of growing and nurturing relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English and Other Language proficiency strongly preferred.
- Outstanding presentation skills are required including the ability to adapt style based on the audience and present complex ideas
- Travel up to 20%
- Fluent German required
