Director Customer Logistics Management

Are you the right person as first point of contact for the customer? You are the first to bring the message from the customer to Infineon and back. The one who is weighing different opportunities, assesses risks and is guiding his team where to go? Then Director Customer Logistics Management is a perfect match. In this role you manage all CLM related activities including people, budget and planning within the respective CLM-Pool incl. subordinated functions and teams.

In your new role, you will:

- Be responsible for **people management**:

- functional know-how, resource planning, career development
- Manage all **customer logistics management **activities for your customer, people and **customer logistics processes **securing full compliance with Infineon's strategy and processes
- Analyze **supply risks **and ensure all actions are taken to mitigate them
- Define the **global logistics strategy **for your customer in order to balance Infineon’s and customer’s requirements
- Globally and interactively manage **demand fulfilment **and **supply chain **under consideration of customer related requirements to secure demand fulfilment and to **optimize logistic processes**:

- Maximize **customer satisfaction **by ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality of services and prompt resolution of all issues through professional crisis management
- Control logistics **key performance indicators **for your account, identifying and carrying out corrective actions whenever required, ensuring the proper involvement of the relevant departments
- Customer order and **forecast management **including order tracking, operational EDI, consignment stock handling, returns and early warning for customer and internal departments

You balance the customer requirements and the interests of Infineon, weighing up opportunities and risks carefully and you recognize, appreciate and use different areas of expertise and skills of your team members.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in a **technical or business-related field**:

- At least **8 years of professional experience in a logistics role **within a global organization, ideally in semiconductor industry
- First experience in leading / coordinating cross functional teams
- Proven success & experience in **Logistics / Customer Service / Supply Chain Management**:

- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills **and the ability to manage critical situations
- Experience in communicating and presenting to **top-management**:

- Ability to form and **establish business relationships **on all levels
- Good knowledge in **SAP **and **MS office**:

- Fluency in **English **and **German **- French would be an additional plus
