Senior Director, Segment Sales

As Senior Director Central & Eastern Europe, LS&H, you will report the Vice President - LS&H EMEA and will serve as a member of the LS&H EMEA Commercial Leadership Team. This role will require you to have a mastery of change management techniques, setting strategy, leading teams, and the ability to build relationships and influence across an enterprise level organization. You will be responsible for leading a team to grow the relationships with some of our largest clients in this fast-growing segment. Clarivate believes that to be successful, we must align ourselves to best serve the needs of the client and, as such, you will be responsible for orchestrating a team selling across our broad portfolio of SaaS products and consulting services. Whilst there is always an established book of business and strong foundational relationship base with our Enterprise clients, there will also be an expectation to upsell and cross-sell new solutions.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in comparable positions in large corporations in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or other Life Science verticals,
- 5+ years management experience in a global capacity.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience.

About the Team
Our LS&H vertical consists of pharma clients that subscribe to and acquire various Clarivate solutions including cutting edge workflow tools, data analytics and insights that are essential for advancement of innovation, R&D and Commercialization in Pharma & Biotech communities. They facilitate discovery and development of new medicines, protection of IP as well as supporting our client’s efforts to bring these drugs and devices to market.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Some client activities may require additional hours.
