Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen 2nd Level Support und Software-Entwicklung
- Du suchst und findest die Nadel im Heuhaufen und erstellst tiefgehende Software-Tickets für unsere Entwicklungsabteilung
- Du kennst das System wie kein/e Zweite/r und untersuchst Fehlermeldungen bis zum Ursprung
- Du hilfst unserem Entwicklungsteam die ChargePilot Lösung noch stabiler zu gestalten und begleitest die Software-Releases über die Rollouts hinaus
- Du bist Ansprechpartner: in für technische Fragestellungen rund um unser Lade
- und Energiemanagement (Charge Pilot)
- Du löst Software
- und Netzwerkprobleme bei unseren Kunden in Abstimmung mit unserem 2nd Level Support

Das bringst du mit
- Du bringst bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung im technischen Support mit - idealerweise konntest du diese im E-Mobility Umfeld sammeln
- Du hast angemessene Berufserfahrung in Support, Wartung und Konfiguration von Software & Hardware sammeln können
- Du bringst angemessene Berufserfahrung in Container Management Services, z.B. Docker, mit
- Bestenfalls bringst du bereits angemessene Erfahrung mit:

- Kibana
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Du hast Spaß daran, dich in neue Themen und komplexe technische Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
