**The job**:
The mission of the Venue Logistics (VLOG) project is to provide staff support services at the EURO 2024 venues. These services include setting up all working areas, managing venue offices and overseeing general staff needs such as office materials, petty cash, and staff break stations.

Trained and supported on site by the Venue Logistics Manager, the
**Venue Logistics Coordinator (M/F/d)** will be based in the main venue offices. They will work with the Venue Logistics Manager, four Venue Logistics Assistants, Venue Logistics Volunteers and other key staff members to ensure that the stadium and its surrounding areas are ready to receive everyone involved with the tournament.

The Venue Logistics Team will be responsible for overseeing the set-up and running of the various EURO offices, receiving deliveries of furniture and office supplies, helping to turn each stadium into a working EURO venue. The team will also oversee the day-to-day on-site logístical requirements for staff, including accommodation, transport and break stations, and will manage general office responsibilities, such as troubleshooting, office storage and petty cash usage.

This includes the knowledge & skills already acquired in professional work experience as well as verifiable education in terms of a relevant degree or comparable qualification. **List of relevant tasks & responsibilities**:
The role of the Venue Logistics Coordinator is to provide a high level of support across all areas of the venue logistics team’s responsibilities:

- Manage the delivery, set-up and post-event collection of office furniture; check and update the furniture inventory; management of damages and spares
- Support the venue management team with the venue handover and hand back process, primarily with regards to keys and existing furniture at the stadium
- Implement staff break stations; setting up and maintaining coffee machines, fridges and all other equipment to provide hot and cold drinks and snacks to staff; order of resupplies; ensure areas are kept clean and restocked
- Distribute the ‘starter’ office kit containing office supplies for all venue offices; oversee the ordering, storage and distribution of re-supplies
- Oversee daily staff moves to and from hotel to venue; as required per hotel, provide 1) information on walking/cycling routes and maps and/or, 2) details of public transport routes and timetables, and purchasing and distributing tickets and/or, 3) supervising staff shuttle buses and timetables
- Supervise the delivery and use of the venue pool vehicles; manage the vehicle booking system; keep a log of any damages/missing parts from delivery to return; ensure all drivers have read and understood the fleet policy and relevant documents
- Drive the venue logistics pool vehicles to transfer staff from hotel to venue and to run essential errands in the local area
- Manage the venue petty cash/credit card process; arrange for the purchase and distribution of last-minute, essential items for the venue-based projects; keep accurate records of expenses
- Be the local contact with the UEFA staff hotels, coordinating check-in and out procedures, early/late check-ins and outs, and parking provisions for UEFA vehicles; work closely with the staff logistics core team regarding rooming lists, additional room requirements and change requests
- Use FAME, UEFA’s database containing the EURO 2024 staffing plan, to create reports to communicate details on daily staff arrivals/departures, staff numbers per venue on any given day, hotel rooming lists etc. to be shared during venue management meetings
- Use VISTA (UEFA tool providing maps of the venues and photos of the facilities) to help staff with way finding
- Use the VISTA asset management tool to coordinate furniture set-up and dismantling
- Ensure that new staff arrivals, based long-term at the venue, are introduced to key team members, shown around the venue and to their workspace, and provided with arrival information sheets (prepared by the venue logistics team) containing essential information for working and staying
