Zur Verstärkung unseres Business Development Teams in der System-/Verkehrsgastronomie suchen wir Dich **ab sofort **als** Business Development** **Specialist (m/w/d) **für unser Business **an Bahnhöfen **oder **Flughäfen der DACH-Region unbefristet** und in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.
- In unserem Team wirst Du vermehrt aus dem Office _(Flughafen Frankfurt a.M.) und_ _Homeoffice_ arbeiten. Gelegentliche geschäftliche Reisen gehören mit dazu, daher solltest Du eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft mitbringen._

**Dabei übertragen wir Dir folgende Aufgaben**:

- Innerhalb des Business Development-Teams unterstützt Du die Betreuung von unseren Vermietern im Bereich Bahnhöfe (Deutsche Bahn, Österreichische Bundesbahnen und Schweizerische Bundesbahnen) und / oder im Bereich Flughäfen (BER, DUS, FRA, VIE & ZRH...).
- Die Datenerfassung und -analyse zur Vorbereitung von Berichten, Erstellung von Ausschreibungs-Präsentationen und kommerziellen Mietangeboten, zählt zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet.
- Du organisierst, in Zusammenarbeit mit Experten der jeweiligen Projektteams, den gesamten Ausschreibungsprozess mit Fokus auf Business Cases, Konzeptunterlagen inklusive Trend-Research im Bereich F&B Sortimente.
- Die Identifizierung von zukünftigen Franchisegebern und die Entwicklung von Eigenmarken sowie Bespoke-Brands, erarbeitest Du mit dem Concept Development.
- Du begleitest die Vertragsverhandlung im Zuge der Geschäftsanbahnung (LoI, Heads of Terms) für Miet
- und Franchiseverträge.
- Die Übergabe der projektierten Flächen („gewonnene Mieteinheiten“) in die interne Projektstruktur (Umsetzung Neu-/Umbau) mit entsprechenden Hand-Over Dokumenten, wickelst Du ab.
- Im Zuge der Eröffnungen organisierst Du für Flagship-Projekte Opening-Events für Vermieter, Partner und Presseteilnehmer. Im Anschluss steuerst Du die Aussendung von Pressemitteilungen in Abstimmung mit unserem SSP Group Headquarters in London.

**Dafür bringst Du mit**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise Erfahrung im Backoffice der Vertriebskanäle Gastronomie/ Retail - oder branchenähnlichen Bereichen - bilden die Basis für Deine Karriere bei uns.
- Du fühlst Dich In einem internationalen, dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl und ergreifst Chancen, wenn Du sie siehst.
- Für Deine tägliche Arbeit kannst Du vertraut mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint umgehen.
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse werden angesichts unserer internationalen Strukturen benötigt.
- Aufgrund von Vor-Ort-Analysen und Bewertungen der Mietobjekte bringst Du eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft mit.
- Deine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Deine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise helfen Dir bei der Umsetzung Deiner Aufgaben.
