The Commercial Operations Executive works closely with Services Sales and the Services Operations Team in support of systems, processes and tools that will serve to create a commercial center of excellence aimed at enhancing the performance of the Services teams.

Based in Berlin

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Produce reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel for planning and performance management purposes e.g. forecasting, tracking key business metrics, customer success metrics, churn rates, CLTV.
- Work cross-departmentally to define reporting needs based on business requirements. Analyze business data and implement reporting methodology to track upsale and renewal efforts to help the business drive improved program results.
- Understand business requirements and build proposals based on customer requirements for Emarsys customers in partnership with Services Sales team.
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in contract creation.
- Update and maintain our internal Information Centre - a one-stop-shop, product, process and marketing resource for all client facing positions.
- Identify process improvements, automate where possible and integrate workflows within the current process.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 1-2 years of experience working in a sales operations or program management role within the Software-as-a-Service industry, a digital agency or digital production house.
- First experience in contract management with an understanding of commercial terms, sales and commercial agreements.
- High aptitude for technology with strong knowledge and understanding of Excel, CRMs, project management and communication tools.
- Previous use of marketing automation tools and Salesforce is an advantage.
- Cross-functional mindset and experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytic skills with high accuracy and attention to detail required.
- A fast-thinking, high-energy individual who embraces ambiguous scenarios with a sense of humor will thrive in this role.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German are essential.
