- ** Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and support a team of international Customer Success Managers to achieve excellent performance and professional growth
- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- ** Scale Initiatives**: Identify and implement initiatives that support the scaling of customer success operations in different markets, adapting strategies as necessary to meet local needs
- ** Process Improvements**: Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the customer success team and across customer touchpoints
- ** Feedback Loop**: Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback is translated into actionable insights and product improvements
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and to advocate effectively for customer needs
