Team Lead Customer

**Your role**:
- You enable in-house teams to perform their daily operational processes and tasks efficiently and drive sustainable growth by delivering scalable solutions and leveraging technology to increase automation (e.g. e-commerce customer order lifecycle)
- You will lead, mentor and develop a talented international team of 5 members as well as fostering a collaborative, trusting and high performance culture within the team
- You will work closely and consult business and tech departments and ensure with your team timely deliverables with proper road mapping, project management and planning of our internal and external development teams
- You are in charge of ensuring highly functional team working processes which are in sync with our company-wide/cross-functional working structure
- You and your team will lead and drive projects as well as contributing to company-wide projects
- You and Enterprise Apps Leadership shape together our culture with initiatives, activities and leading by example.
**Your profile**:
- Strong leadership abilities, with minimum 5 years of experience in team, product or project management
- Extensive experience in ERP related processes such as Items, Orders, Customer, Vendors, Purchase Orders, Inventory and Payment (Refunds, Settlement) with a strong focus on automation and finance.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management, requirement engineering and roadmapping.
- Fluent in English and German along with strong communication and presentation skills
