Head of Operations

As **Head of Operations**, you will oversee and optimize our operational functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we grow. You'll lead problem-solving efforts, manage high-stakes projects, and foster a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Tasks**:
- ** Operational Leadership**: Address operational challenges, manage crises, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- ** Process Optimization**: Design and implement scalable, data-driven workflows and automate processes to enhance productivity.
- ** Project Management**: Lead large-scale initiatives with detailed planning, resource management, and proactive risk mitigation.
- ** Team Leadership**: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
- ** Vendor & Stakeholder Management**: Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
**Requirements**:
- ** Operational Problem-Solving**: 5+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to resolve complex problems and manage crises effectively in agile environments.
- ** Process Optimization**: Experience in building and optimizing scalable processes in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Knowhow of Airtable/ Zendesk Seli s highly preferred.
- ** Project Management**: Strong project management skills with experience in planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- ** Team Leadership**: Successful track record in leading and developing small, high-performing teams.
- ** Vendor Management**: Extensive experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and external partnerships.
