About the role
Userlane seeks a results-driven VP / Head of Customer Success to own and manage customer onboarding, support, and expansion. As a key member of the Revenue team, you'll be responsible for evolving, overseeing, and executing the implementation of Userlane for large enterprises globally. Working closely with the Sales, Partners, and Marketing Teams, the VP / Head of Customer Success will play a pivotal role in the success of Userlane customers and the Userlane team.
**Your mission**:
- Manage, develop, and scale the customer success, support, and implementation teams globally.
- Take full responsibility for all existing customers ensuring the best possible service and support from onboarding to renewal.
- Evolve customer delivery methodologies to suit a growing customer base and ever-changing market requirements.
- Understand and communicate the needs of customers with the Product & Engineering team.
- Ensure effective reporting for customers and your peers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partners, and Marketing to support Userlane’s continued growth in EMEA and NA.
- Help Userlane become the #1 Enterprise Digital Adoption Platform.
**Your profile**:
- Experience: You have a minimum experience of 5+ years leading a customer team in a B2B SaaS environment, targeting an Enterprise audience.
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setup and are used to proactively seeking input and collaboration across other teams as and when needed.
- Expertise: Customer Success Metrics, working with delivery teams and partners.
- Working closely with Product, you have the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and use data to inform decision-making.
- Mindset: You are resourceful and a go-getter, always trying to find creative ideas and try new channels or solutions. You are a team player and enjoy reaching out to coworkers in other teams to leverage their expertise and support. You are passionate about the industry and like proactively seeking information and insight and researching new ideas to ensure Userlane Customers are successful.
