Unser Team ist verantwortlich für die Kundenbetreuung BMW und MINI im deutschen Markt und der BMW AG sowie für die Ausarbeitung von operativen Prozessen im Rahmen der vertriebsbezogenen Kundenbetreuung. Unser Ziel ist es, jeden Tag das beste Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Ausarbeitung der operativen Kundenprozesse mit Fokus auf die vertriebsbezogene Kundenbetreuung im Business Development Center (BDC).
- Die Abstimmung der Prozessdetails mit relevanten Schnittstellenpartnern sowie die Kommunikation der Ergebnisse an die lokalen BDCs in Europa sind Teil Ihrer Aufgabe.
- Des Weiteren sind Sie zuständig für die Überprüfung der etablierten Prozesse nach Go-Live in Hinblick auf Verbesserungspotenziale.
- Sie stellen einen effizienten Wissenstransfers zwischen den etablierten Prozesspartnern sicher.
- Ebenso unterstützen Sie in der Steuerung von externen Partnern und Agenturen.
Was bringen Sie mit?
- Studienabschuss mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Fundierte Erfahrung als Projektleitung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung und/oder E-Commerce.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Retail-Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Automobilhandel.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Tools (Jira, Confluence), Salesforce und MS Office.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wünschenswert.
